CANDIDATE SCREENING & PREPARATION

We ensure candidates are properly screened before introduction.

Our screening process includes:

  • CV and experience review
  • Basic screening and suitability assessment
  • Interview preparation for candidates
  • Right to Work checks where required

This ensures clients receive candidates who are better prepared and aligned with their requirements.

FEES

Our standard permanent placement fee is 15% of the candidate’s first annual gross salary.

This applies unless otherwise agreed in writing before candidate introduction.

Fees may be flexible depending on:

  • Role type
  • Volume of hiring
  • Partnership arrangements

All fees are confirmed with clients prior to candidate submission.

WHEN FEES APPLY

A placement fee becomes payable if:

  • A candidate introduced by us is hired or engaged by your business, or
  • You engage the candidate within 12 months of introduction

This applies whether the engagement is direct or via a third party.

PLACEMENT GUARANTEE

If a permanent candidate leaves employment within 8 weeks of their start date, we will provide up to two replacement candidates at no additional placement fee.

Conditions

  • The original job role and requirements must remain unchanged
  • Accurate information must have been provided by the client
  • The candidate must have been employed in the agreed position

Limits

  • A maximum of two replacement candidates will be provided per placement
  • No refunds will be issued once replacement candidates have been provided
  • After 8 weeks from the start date, no replacements or refunds will apply

PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices are issued when:

  • A candidate accepts an offer, or
  • A temporary or contract assignment begins

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to statutory interest charges.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

  • Final hiring decisions
  • Verifying candidate suitability before employment
  • Providing accurate job descriptions and requirements
  • Maintaining safe and compliant working conditions

We provide screening and support but do not make final employment decisions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All candidate information shared by us must remain confidential and must not be shared with third parties without written consent.

NON-CIRCUMVENTION

Clients agree not to directly engage or employ any candidate introduced by us without payment of applicable fees.

This applies for 12 months from the date of introduction.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
